During his high school years (Morioka Commercial High School), he experienced being the best in Japan in the National High School Soccer Championship. After attending Iwate University, he went on to graduate school at the University of Tsukuba while conducting research on injuries, he began his career as a trainer, and upon completion of graduate school, he became certified as an athletic trainer by the Japan Sports Association.

During the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, he worked as a staff member of the University of Tsukuba’s Sports R&D Core, supporting the Japanese national team there.

He is currently working as a trainer at various sites, facilities, and educational institutions.

In 2020, he established ZERO-ONE LLC.
